this 1980's home was dated and in need of a refresh. an overbearing, dark staircase interrupted any chance of connection between the living room and kitchen and only a single french door through the laundry room provide access to the rear yard.

we introduced a custom, floating steel stair to open the visual between rooms and added an oversized multi slide pocket door in the living room with direct access to the backyard pool, an open-flame fireplace feature, a whole new kitchen. we also updated the primary and guest bathrooms.
