this 1990's stucco-sauraus needed some love. it was dark, bland, and uninviting. we gave it new life.

we made a big move and relocated the master suite to the opposite side of the house where the original kitchen lived but was isolated from the living spaces. we then expanded the living room into the covered patio to give the new layout a sun-filled energy it previously lacked.

we also completely revised the back yard which was overgrown and underutilized. the new pool, cabana, and patios all work in concert to provide a happy and enjoyable outdoor lifestyle.
