Glen Heather Estates is one of Las Vegas' best preserved original neighborhoods. But recent years unfortunately gave way to the rise of home-flippers who bring their generic renovations into even the coolest homes. When a young couple from L.A, bought this home, they asked us to remake it into the simple, modern domicile it had once been. We tore down walls to open up the kitchen and living areas. We integrated a new built-in bench for the dining room and a built-in console for their esteemed vinyl collection into the design to define space.
