the name of the project was coined by the client due to their dissatisfaction with the ubiquitous tract housing options that have overtaken our valley.  

 

this project, on the other hand, takes a hard look at one of the city's interior neighborhoods and reimagines an existing home into a lovely, modern enclave for the young middle-class family.
