betsy is an americana-style bistro situated in downtown las vegas. it derives its name from the maker of the first american flag and harkens back to a time when life was much simpler.

 

the restaurant is located within the creative and up and coming area known as the arts district and draws its customer base from the hipster culture offering comfort food, live music and a shaded outdoor patio. an old-fashioned walk-up creamery with porch swings in lieu of stools sits on the back corner of the property welcoming passers-by.
